Chapter 1 & 2 of this book are introductory which deal with the science of dental materials and the ways in which materials are characterized. Chapters 3-13 deal with materials which are primarily handled by the dental technician in the laboratory. Chapters 14-19 deal with materials which may be considered to link directly the dental surgery with laboratory.
